Randolph home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Randolph rose by $169,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,000 - a 99.4% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Randolph in the second half of 2016.
