Northfield home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Northfield rose by $84,500 while total sales increased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 39.2% increase over the $215,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Northfield in the second half of 2016.
