East Bethel home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in East Bethel rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 12.6% increase over the $226,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in East Bethel in the second half of 2016.
