Linwood home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Linwood rose by $7,450 while total sales decreased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,950 - a 3% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Linwood in the second half of 2016.
