Circle Pines home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Circle Pines fell by $12,199 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,950 - a 6.4% decrease over the $191,149 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Circle Pines in the second half of 2016.
