Minnetonka Beach home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Minnetonka Beach rose by $1,240,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,715,000 - a 261.1% increase over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Minnetonka Beach in the second half of 2016.
