Wayzata home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Wayzata rose by $22,188 while total sales increased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $640,000 - a 3.6% increase over the $617,813 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Wayzata in the second half of 2016.
