Orono home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Orono fell by $55,000 while total sales increased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,000 - a 9.4% decrease over the $585,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Orono in the second half of 2016.
