Corcoran home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Corcoran rose by $20,050 while total sales decreased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $379,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Corcoran in the second half of 2016.
