Greenfield home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Greenfield fell by $79,000 while total sales decreased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 18.2% decrease over the $434,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Greenfield in the second half of 2016.
