Plymouth home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Plymouth rose by $8,701 while total sales decreased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 528 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,700 - a 2.6% increase over the $329,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 606 homes sold in Plymouth in the second half of 2016.
