Hanover home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Hanover fell by $123,510 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,000 - a 29.7% decrease over the $415,510 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hanover in the second half of 2016.
