Mound home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mound rose by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 126 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,250 - a 3.2% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 131 homes sold in Mound in the second half of 2016.
