Osseo home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Osseo rose by $6,750 while total sales increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,750 - a 3% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Osseo in the second half of 2016.
