Greenwood home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Greenwood fell by $752,100 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,650 - a 76.8% decrease over the $978,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Greenwood in the second half of 2016.
