Excelsior home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Excelsior rose by $95,000 while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $540,000 - a 21.3% increase over the $445,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Excelsior in the first half of 2017.
