Deephaven home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Deephaven fell by $17,250 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $542,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Deephaven in the first half of 2017.
