Minnetonka home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Minnetonka rose by $23,750 while total sales decreased by 9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 355 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $351,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 390 homes sold in Minnetonka in the first half of 2017.
