Dayton home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Dayton fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $358,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Dayton in the first half of 2017.
