Rogers home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Rogers rose by $30,663 while total sales increased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,663 - a 10.4% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Rogers in the first half of 2017.
