St. Louis Park home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in St. Louis Park rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 378 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,500 - a 11.3% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 360 homes sold in St. Louis Park in the first half of 2017.
