Maple Plain home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Maple Plain fell by $1,250 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 0.5% decrease over the $248,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Maple Plain in the first half of 2017.
