Richfield home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Richfield rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 19.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 230 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,500 - a 4.5% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 287 homes sold in Richfield in the first half of 2017.
