White Bear Township home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in White Bear Township rose by $12,450 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,900 - a 4.9% increase over the $252,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in White Bear Township in the second half of 2016.
