White Bear Township home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in White Bear Township fell by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 41.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 1.2% decrease over the $264,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in White Bear Township in the first half of 2017.
