St. Anthony (Ramsey County) home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County rose by $46,250 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,250 - a 26.9% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in St. Anthony in the first half of 2017.
