St. Paul Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in St. Paul Park rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 24.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 2% increase over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in St. Paul Park in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in St. Paul Park for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,097, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
