Grant home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Grant rose by $25,750 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $399,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Grant in the third quarter of 2016.
