Oakdale home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Oakdale fell by $11,650 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 146 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,250 - a 5.1% decrease over the $226,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 169 homes sold in Oakdale in the third quarter of 2016.
