Scandia home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Scandia rose by $148,600 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $436,500 - a 51.6% increase over the $287,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Scandia in the first quarter of 2017.
