Chanhassen (Carver County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Chanhassen in Carver County rose by $15,550 while total sales decreased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $297,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Chanhassen in the first quarter of 2017.
