Chaska home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Chaska fell by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 4.9% decrease over the $231,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Chaska in the first quarter of 2017.
