St. Francis home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in St. Francis rose by $10,053 while total sales increased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,053 - a 5.5% increase over the $184,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in St. Francis in the first quarter of 2016.
