Randolph home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Randolph rose by $230,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,500 - a 164.6% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Randolph in the third quarter of 2016, as well.
