West St. Paul home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in West St. Paul rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,900 - a 2.6% increase over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in West St. Paul in the third quarter of 2016.
