Eagan home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Eagan rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 208 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,500 - a 5.7% increase over the $238,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 202 homes sold in Eagan in the fourth quarter of 2016.
