Apple Valley home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Apple Valley rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 228 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 213 homes sold in Apple Valley in the fourth quarter of 2016.
