Vermillion home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Vermillion fell by $140,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 40% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Vermillion in the fourth quarter of 2016.
