Vermillion home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Vermillion rose by $15,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,750 - a 6.2% increase over the $246,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Vermillion in the second quarter of 2017.
