Farmington home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Farmington rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 23.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 149 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 1% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 195 homes sold in Farmington in the second quarter of 2017.
