Blaine (Anoka County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $16,050 while total sales decreased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 246 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,550 - a 7.3% increase over the $220,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 260 homes sold in Blaine in the third quarter of 2016.
