Linwood home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Linwood fell by $12,550 while total sales decreased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,950 - a 4.8% decrease over the $262,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Linwood in the third quarter of 2016.
