St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $7,500 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 3.1% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in St. Anthony in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,561, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
