Maple Plain home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Maple Plain rose by $25,275 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $185,725 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Maple Plain in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,219, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
