Brooklyn Center home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Brooklyn Center rose by $24,950 while total sales decreased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,900 - a 16.6% increase over the $149,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in the first quarter of 2016.
