Spring Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Spring Park rose by $102,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 23.7% increase over the $432,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Spring Park in the second quarter of 2016.
