Long Lake home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Long Lake fell by $11,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $286,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Long Lake in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
