Rogers home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Rogers rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 34%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,750 - a 4.8% increase over the $282,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Rogers in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,610, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
