Plymouth home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Plymouth rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 18.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 318 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $332,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 391 homes sold in Plymouth in the third quarter of 2016.
