Long Lake home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Long Lake rose by $90,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 37.1% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Long Lake in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
